Jessica Chen

Jessica Chen (she/her) is a fourth year Asian Areas Studies student minoring in Asian Canadian and Asian Migration (ACAM). Her academic interests lie in how community-engaged research can be used to support local groups and create more opportunities for growth and prosperity.

What brings you to ACAM Dialogues?

Jessica joined ACAM Dialogues to understand the discussion of Asian Canadians in diaspora and how that affects people as individuals and as a community. Also, the food is a major plus.

What do you like to do for fun?

If she’s not at the gym, you’ll likely catch Jessica editing videos at the library, with her latest video being about how she almost became a casualty on Mount Fuji.
