Rayna (he/they) is a second-generation immigrant with roots in Malaysia and South India. He is a UBC student living and learning on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and sʔəl̀ilwətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) nations. They are currently pursuing a degree in Cognitive Systems and minoring in ACAM. Rayna is very excited to be part of the Dialogues cohort this year and contribute to thought-provoking discussions on anti-racism and being Asian in Canada. They are very excited to learn and grow alongside the rest of the cohort!
