Zahra Chan-Khan

Zahra (she/her) is in the second year of her Masters of Education for Sustainability, Resilience, and Regeneration. Her background is in conservation and ecology, and she currently works in land-based learning. Zahra is interested in transformative approaches to education that are critical, place-based, and culturally relevant.

What brings you to ACAM Dialogues?

Zahra is an American-born Chinese/Pakistani settler, and she joined ACAM Dialogues to connect with others over shared and diverse cultural backgrounds and experiences. She is very grateful for the space to listen and learn in community!

What do you like to do for fun?

Outside of school, Zahra likes to cook, play music with friends, and spend time outdoors.
